The Oasis Story
The vision was to create an intimate village atmosphere that combined artistic architectural design elements with the lush tropical environment found on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.
The Oasis Cabarete Beach Resort is not just another condo on the beach.
Privacy for each one of the round sculptured buildings is a key element in the overall design.
Large balconies, patios and private spas on the first, second and third levels are designed to enhance the beach front views and expand the flexible living areas.
Natural local materials such as coral stone, limestone, river rock, bamboo and palm are used throughout the project.
It was an immense architectural challenge to give each villa a sense of artistic oneness while using solid construction materials and modern building techniques.
