Concrete construction makes up the bulk of the approximately 10.000 square feet of living space while being softened by contrasting organic materials for wood doors and windows along with 3 central palapa roof features.
The large central palapa structure towers at 30 feet while resting on whole timber columns on the North-West side allowing for unobstructed sight-lines to the spectacular panoramic view.
